Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Cliq account and what happens to your data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, you can use one of the following methods:
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Cliq app
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar)
- Tap Contact Us
- Send a message with the subject "Delete My Account"
- We will process your request within 48 hours
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account".
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, username, display name)
- Your followed creators list
- Your show tracking data (My Shows, ratings)
- Your comments
- Your notifications
- Your search history
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Data Retention
After receiving your deletion request, your account and all associated data will be deleted within 48 hours. No data is retained after deletion.
